Marvel vs Capcom 3 - New Characters Leaked
Late last night, Marvel.com gave us an unintended sneak peak at two more characters for Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Though quickly pulled, their gallery was prematurely updated with character art and screenshots of two new characters, Thor and Amaterasu (from Okami). Luckily, the internet was ever vigilant and managed to grab [...]

Apple iPhone 4 Press Conference
Just over a month ago, the iPhone 4 was officially announced. Since its release, there have been complaints about the functionality of the new antenna design. After telling people they were simply holding it wrong, and that it was partially a software issue, Apple held a press conference today to make an official statement on the issue, starting with this:
First Look at Green Lantern
Green Lantern is one of my top-three favorite superheroes. I have not loved all iterations of Green Lantern, but the three greatest to ever where the green battery (Alan Scott, Hal Jordan, Kyle Rayner) are some of my favorite characters in both the DC and Marvel universes. Each of these three has his own character traits that both sets him apart from the other Green Lanterns, and binds him to them. Reading any of these Green Lantern comics, you can see the differences in their personalities, and their approaches to solving problems, but the sheer willpower and dedication they all possess makes them one.
Super Street Fighter IV Avatar Outfits available
Xboxers knew these were coming for awhile, and now they are here! Fans of the Street Fighter series can now dress up their Xbox Live avatars like some of their favorite characters.
1 vs. 100 vs. Microsoft
Lindsey and I both love trivia shows; They’re an opportunity for us to show off just how much useless bullshit we store in our heads (a lot). When we saw that Xbox Live had an online interactive trivia show in the form of 1 vs. 100 (based on the TV trivia show of the same name), who were we to say no? We jumped in to the first season of 1 vs 100 a little late, due to when we got Xbox Live, but played quite a bit of the subsequent off-season and a great deal of season 2.
And now it’s cancelled.
Pallurikio available for download from PlayStation Store

Drastic Measures
A few days ago, we implemented a major change to World of Meh. We had originally enforced registration for commenting because of the deluge of spam we knew we would receive if we took no proactive action. Being lazy people, we decided to enforce registration so that we wouldn’t have to combat spam. Unfortunately, we failed to take into consideration the laziness of the Internet at large, and our comment numbers suffered for it (no offense, you lazy bastards). We did keep an approval system in place, so that these spam comments wouldn’t overflow onto the articles. Hopefully the approval lag isn’t a bother for any of you.
