Personally, I loved Nazi Zombies in Call of Duty: World of War. To be honest, I hated the single player and multiplayer aspects of the game, and the only reason I bought it was to play co-op and kill zombies. I’m what they call, a Treyarch hater. But, they made me happy with the use of the word “zombies” in their latest press release!
Treyarch has officially announced (although it was a poorly kept secret) then the highly anticipated next installment of the Call of Duty franchise, Black Ops, will feature - you guessed it - ZOMBIES!
Black Ops, which will also feature 4 co-op maps from World of War, will have players (and up to 3 of their friends) fight off a horde of zombies.
As if co-op maps being included in the Hardened and Prestige edition, or the return of zombies in Black Ops weren’t enough, Treyarch has also announced there will be a new multiplayer gamemode, called Combat Training. In combat training, up to six players can rank up in this dedicated and exclusive multiplayer mode battling against enemy AI.
Look for Call of Duty: Black Ops in stores on November 9 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and even, the Nintendo Wii!
